Duties & Responsibilities

1. To participate in systems analysis, business process analysis and requirements gathering for information systems;
2. To prepare system specifications, technical documentation and user manuals;
3. To participate in system testing, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of information systems;
4. To provide technical support to users and participate in user training and awareness programmes;
5. To participate in business process re-engineering and digital transformation initiatives;
6. To participate in data analysis, system integration and quality assurance activities;
7. To monitor system performance and recommend appropriate improvements; and
8. To perform any other official duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Information Systems or equivalent qualifications from a recognized higher learning institution. The candidate must possess knowledge or practical exposure in systems analysis, enterprise information systems, user requirements gathering, system testing, ICT user support, business process analysis and technical documentation. Knowledge of cyber security, enterprise applications and Government ICT systems will be an added advantage.
